O2 Question of the Day
Patient is set up 2/2009 Nocturnal, Doctor D/C'd the O2 in 10/2009. Patient is put back on O2 out of hospital Continuous with Portable 7/2010 same DX COPD. Since it never had a recert done on it the first time how do you do the CMN and Bill the Oxygen? BIS? Recert on CMN? First time I have run into this situation.
