Has anyone had any luck with billing this item as a purchase with Medicare? I am showing that they will only rent per classification?

This is a capped rental item so it rents 13 months and then title is transferred to the bene. Here is what dmepdac has:

You are correct - it is a capped rental item therefore they do not purchase
them (E0165). 13 payments = purchase.
