Default Change in urological policy?

We just started receiving notices of recoupment from the Region B DMAC on urological supplies. The reason given is: "This service/procedure requires that a qualifying service/procedure be received and covered. The qualifying other service/procedure has not been received/adjudicated." It also states that the change is effective 7/1/2010, but the dates of service are in 2007. Does anybody know what's going on with this?

What supplies are you talking about specifically? We have had claims denied for bags when the patient had a suprapubic tube and received no catheters. We had to get a letter from the physician.
