WE HAD A BENEFICIARY RETURN SOME DIABETIC SHOES ,WE HAD ISSUED THRU MEDICARE. UNFORTUNATELY THE SHOES DID NOT FIT AND THEY DECIDED THEY JUST DONT WANT THEM AND THEY WANT TO GO ELSEWHERE. THEY WANT US TO RETURN THE MONEY TO MEDICARE SO, THEY CAN GO TO ANOTHER SUPPLY STORE. THIS IS NEW TO ME. HOW DO I GO ABOUT THIS? AND HAS ANYONE GONE THRU THIS SITUACION?

form for refunding Medicare. You can choose to actually refund them or have
