Billing system for small DME/02 supplier-Ideas?
We are a very small DME, providing oxygen (concentrators/gas/tanks) & nebulizers only, and owned by a hospital. We operate independently for the most part. We have a cumbersome/hodgepodge billing and equipment tracking system. I am wondering what systems other companies similar to ours use? What do you like and what don't you like about your system/process? For those that use a 3rd party biller, are you happy with it? I will greatly appreciate your input! Thank you.
