hi, i'm having so much trouble getting my initial claim for oxygen replacement equip paid. the denial states cannot bill beyond capped rental period. i add the modifer, rrra, add note:rul, initial date of cmn 12104. and still got denied, i'm frustrated beyong belief!! any suggestions, tips how to get these to pass edits?
