for the LIFETIME MAX limitation that was ENDED last week, DOES anyone know if this takes affect for THIS YEAR....? or for someone who has MET LIFETIME MAX $$, won't start over until next year??
any info out there to read?

of course, it will probably take the insurance companies some TIME to get updated..
