We chose Brightree....is decently easy to use. Is a little expensive but the benefits are great.

We use Bonafide Management Systems,it's affordable and Great Help,their customer support is excellent..keep your options open though... Good Luck

We use Fastrack HealthCare Systems. You can purchase or have the system hosted by them.

Very user friendly and great support.
