Hello, does anyone know what happens if RiverTrust QIC doesn't mail us a letter with their decision on our Reconsideration by the deadline due date, that the outcome with be favorable or unfavorable for the provider? The date they received our appeal was on 1/11/2011, and the due date is tomorrow, 3/12/11. We have two appeals due tomorrow, the reason I'm asking is because tomorrow is Saturday, a weekend so does that mean they have until Monday to mail out a letter or how does it go? As of today, they still say they have not made a decision it is still in "review." This is what I'm getting for the past 2 months..

"The QIC has received the request for reconsideration and has not yet made a decision; the deadline indicates the day by which the QIC must mail a decision letter."

I was just wondering if anyone knows what happens in this situation. Thanks in advance.
