We are in the process of looking at new billing software. Does anyone have expereince with bonafide or fastrack or other billing software that you would reccommend?

I have extensive experience with Fastrack and would be willing to help explain the system to you at any type.

I was a Fastrack user from 1999-2004 and again from 2008 until earlier this year when I joined the Fastrack team.

There are a number of great systems out there and it is definitely all about finding what works for your company!

We attempted to implement Bonafide a few years ago and ended up pulling out due to major issues. I don't know what the current product is like though. My suggestion for you would be to check out TIMS by Computers Unlimited. Just go to www.cu.net. After researching the market for 2 years, in my humble opinion, its the best HME software out there. We use TEAMDME and I love it. The support team is very helpful and the software if very easy Window based program.
