Pre-filled water bottles vs Empty humidifer bottles
We had a patient that was upset that she was being asked to pay for the pre-filled water bottles. Our company discontinued providing the pre-filled bottles to our oxygen patients due to the inabilitiy to consistently get them and the raising cost of them. We continue to provide empty humidifer bottles to our patients at no charge. What is everyone else doing?
