E0249

Has anyone gotten paid on E0249 (Replacement pad) since January 1, 2011? I know the pump and pad are no longer reimbursable, but that didn't happen until April. We have had E0249 denied from Jan and Feb. If there is an article out there regarding non-coverage of the replacement pads, I can't find it. They used to be covered every six months.
