Default Breast prosthesis limit
I have a patient who wants both a foam and a silicone breast prosthesis. Is the limit of one every two years for each type or overall? Thanks for any guidance you can give me!

We have had no problem billing both L8030 and the L8020 at the same time.

The L8020 (leisure form) is every 6 months.
