Can you bill to medicare for region B? It shows non covered items.

I am not sure where you are seeing as non-covered. The code is listed on the LCD for surgical supplies. There isn't a clear set of guidelines.

The list of non-covered items for Region B can be found in Chapter 14 of the supplier manual.
