In billing for a CPM machine for total knee replacement, is this a daily rental? How do you bill for this? What modifiers do you use? I would appreciate any information. Thank you!

Cpm has a cap of 21 days
21 starts from day after surgery
once patient comes home can bill remaining days
cpm must be applied in hospital after surgery (48 hour) window
document day applied - day of surgery - day discharged

will only pay for e0935 @ 20.27 a day
soft goods included
must include which knee
