E0215 Moist heating pad denial
I want to find out about anybody getiing denial for E0215 NU
denial code is CO-50 M25 N115. Do I need to Use KX modifier. Past I din't have any problem.

if code E0215 or E0217 is provided it will be denied as not reasonable and necessary. E0210
A standard electric heating pad is covered

If you rebill with a downgraded code they will most likely pay.
