Question Wheelchair and walker

If a patient received a wheelchair through medicare and it is still during the billing cycle, is that patient able to receive a walker during that time as well? Or, would the patient have to receive the walker first, and then move to a wheelchair?

The patient would of had to have gotten the walker first and then the wheelchair. If they need just the walker now then there would have to be medical records/documentation that the patient condition has improved and w/c would be picked up then walker billed. If they want both they should pay for walker upfront and sign ABN.

Thank you! That confirms what I believed to be true.
