We were experiencing Denials on CPAP accessories for lacking information on the base piece of equipment. We then started adding Narrative Pages on all CPAP accessories even when our company supplied the CPAP unit and Medicare paid for it. This worked but is time consuming, has anyone else had this problem?

Yes we have just recently received denials although we provided the original piece of equipment. We will also for future billing be entering a narrative.
