Default Retroactive Billing due to Accreditation

Wondering if anyone else is dealing with CMS not allowing retroactive billing back to the date of compliance (i.e. Accreditation Date) after the Oct. 1st deadline which they had stated they would allow.
We are currently fighting this point with CMS, and was hoping someone had been in the same situation and had it overturned.

no, thankfully but you have my sympathy. How can they say they will and then not do it after the fact?
