Looking for new HME billing software. Which software is cost effective and has great options?

We've been using CPR+ for 6 years and we've had a great experience and our billers love it. CPR+ has the best customer service team. They are always available when we need them and are always willing to take suggestions from their customers on how to make us more efficient. We had QS1 and hated it! I would only use that system if you are billing. They use dial-up. It was SO slow. We switched to Brightree and have had no problems since. Just my two cents.

Thank you for all the input regarding different HME billing software. I am beginning the process and will be looking at each one with a demo.

I would suggest that you take the time to look at more than two software venders. Even though billing is an important function some HME Software Systems have other features that can lower your operating cost and increase your efficiency.

I have used 3 other systems. I will not name them but will tell you I started using Brightree in 2003. I am now a consultant and recommend Brightree to all of my clients. The ease of use and the built in effencies are daily time savers.
Look at what is offered and make a decision that will best meet your company needs. Get references, ask other providers etc.

I would also recommend your taking time to consider a variety of systems that match your general objectives. There are so many variables and user preferences, which is why there are also so many HME software vendors. Once you see each in action, the best system and HME software partner for your situation will rise to the top of the list. Best of luck!
