I work for a hospital based homecare company. We have multiple CPAP clinics and our patients come to us for instruct, refits, ect. We have education rooms set up and we keep a cpap out for refits. We should have some procedure in place as to cleaning the cpap tubing or replacing it in between patients. I was just wondering what cost effective suggestions other clinics may do.

I also work with a hospital owned DME and the CPAP masks are cleaned though the hospital's sterilization department.

We do Cpap Clinics all the time and encourage the client to bring their own machine in so we can use their machine with the new tubing that we will be giving them. We have not had any problems with this and the clients seem to like it.
