Default Noble House software

I'm considering Noble House and Brightree. I've seen great reviews here about Brightree but nothing on Noble. Anyone have experience with Noble?

I've seen both and both are low end systems that neglect the key issues involved in running an HME company. They focus on billing as if that is what we do for a living and not treat patients. There are much more comprehenisve systems out there that are real management systems. Hope this helps.

I agree, both are great systems if you are looking to manage your AR only. If you are looking for a more comprehensive system to manage your patients and day-to-day operations I would consider looking at other systems as well.

If you are wanting something that is hosted so that you are not out a large sum of money for set-up there are other software vendors that offer a hosted system as well.

Here is an upcoming user conference for a vendor if you want to get a detailed look at their system. http://www.fastrk.com/user_conf_agenda_details.htm

I would run not walk away from Noble. They are a typical software company with poor customer support and even worse leadership.

I would say the same for BT. We are shopping software as well and neither of those two will get a second look. I have been a Brightree customer and left for PacWare.

HI, what type of DME do you sell? I am a billing company and I have been using a software that is very easy but has all the features needed to run a successful DME. It can either by hosted or put on your server, and it can do all the things BT and others "say" they can do. I log into my providers software, bill their claims, post payments, etc which allows the provider to cut down on staff. Many providers have been with us for over 10 years. Let me know if you would like details, thanks! Kerry
