Default "Endeavor" - new online eligibility 24/7

Noridian (Medicare Jurisdiction D contractor) just posted that they are now
offering Online Eligibility, Claim Status and Remittance Advice to be
available 24 hours a day/seven days a week and they are encouraging
suppliers to register.

I thought this sounded great and was eager to sign up until I came across
some scary language during the registration process which prompted me to
want to get other's opinions on the language used. The website states:

"Warning: you are accessing an information system that may be a U.S.
Government information system.. By continuing beyond this notice, users
consent to being monitored, recorded, and audited by company personnel. The
use of the information system establishes user's consent to any and all
monitoring and recording of their activities."

This makes it sound like I'm giving up my privacy rights "beyond" the
activity of simply checking eligibility or claim status to include "any and
all" activities related to or not related to checking eligibility and/or
claim status. By consenting to this language, am I giving the government
consent to spy on me at will? Scary language. What are others thoughts?

I interpreted this to mean our activities are monitored while "accessing an
information system that may be a U.S. Government information system."

I'm using it. It's not blowing my skirt up nor is it eliminating calls to
customer service. But there are a couple of nice features like a date of
death and the beneficiaries address.
