Mail Order Return Policy
Hello, I was wondering if there was anyone out there that does a significant amount of Mail Order, and if so, what your return policy is? More specifically, how do you interpret the Medicare Supplier Standard #15 , which states: "A supplier must accept returns of substandard (less than full quality for the particular item) or unsuitable items (inappropriate for the beneficiary at the time it was fitted and rented or sold) from beneficiaries." ?
