Default HME/Rehab Wages

I am trying to find a resource to see what the standard wages are for certain job descriptions in my area. I know HME news used to have a yearly article regarding this topic, but I havent seen one recently. If you know where I might be able to find the prevailing wages scales, please let me know.

Wages vary so much by geographical area. And then they vary by seniority even within a particular company. If you're hiring an RT or someone in short supply with special training, you'll need to know what they get paid in other places, like hospitals, in your area.

Because of the relatively high unemployment, this is a great time to hire. You are likely to get numerous qualified candidates and be able to pay them on the low end due to supply and demand.
