As a MestaMed user for the past 10 years, I would urge you to look at the other more established MIS products out there. We are currently going through a conversion to another company's product.

I'd rather not comment further other than to say without changing to Brightree and bringing my billing "in house", I wouldn't still be in business. I just couldn't live with 29% write-offs and a 129 day DSO.

I would STRONGLY suggest that you request a list of references/users in
you region and speak with them directly regarding their experience with
CareCentric.

I would suggest using Pacware. I have been with them now for 3 years, and I would definitely recommend them. It is a great software and you will save lots of money over the other softwares out there.

Found an interesting article regarding Carecentrix HCAR Tech Weekly. As a former Mestamed user I can honestly say I'm glad I got out when I did.

We, too, have been using CareCentric for many years and are in the process of finding a new vendor. Others have much more to offer and simply leave Care Centric in the dust.

I'd also encourage you to look elsewhere. We estimate that we are going to save so much time not having to create "work arounds".

Cannot wait to get the new product.
