Has anyone read this article?
My interuptation is Medicare only allows "1" unit of service per week
regardless, if the pt needs to change the site up to 3x's per week.
My questions is if we supplying the pt 3 units of service per week
are we only going to get reimbursed for 1 unit only?
Would appreciate anybodys input on this.

We don't do infusion, but I am reading that to say that A4221 covers all necessary supplies for one week, regardless of the number of changes.
