Default Aetna contracts change

Has anyone received a contract ammendment from Aetna that includes a new fee schedule and a cap on Oxygen at 10 months?

Is this the trickle down from competitive bidding?

The fee schedule rates are much lower than the Single Payment amounts!

Do the National companies that provide for Aetna, pay that much less from the manufacture that they can provide it at these prices?

We have not received a contract change, but we did just receive an EOB stating that the O2 was capped. When we called, of course the rep had no idea what was going on, and sent it back for reprocessing.
