Default Returning Equipment

How does everyone else handle issues with clients not being able to find your equipment when it's time to be picked up? Can you legally bill the client for the equipment that they have not returned? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, i do medical coding and billing at a dme company. Your answer is yes, you can bill the beneficiary, their is certain forms they sign and agree to at the time of delivery, explaining if insurance does not pay,or denies claim it makes them responsible for equipment. What is you case? What type of equipment?
