Default Respiratory therapist visits for O2 pts

I feel like we've covered this before on HME Talk, but I couldn't find anything. Maybe it's just deja vu.
Anyway, does anyone know what the Medicare regulations are concerning sending an RT to an oxygen patient's home after set up? Can you direct me to policy? We are having some discussion at my company concerning this.
Thanks as always for your help.
