As far as I know, for Medicare, no. The codes themselves indicate that it is being administered through a tube.

Same here. Medicare is no way. Our Michigan Medicaid will for under 21 with a lot of work. For a patient over 21 its nearly impossible so we pretty much quit trying. Well, in Michigan the Doctor actually has to request the prior auth. for oral now and I haven't done one since they changed it.
