Default Customer Overpayments

Hello,

Just wondering how everyone handles customer overpayments? Do you automatically refund, wait for the patient to request etc.? What are the requirements?

For patient refunds, we refund automatically unless the patient is expected to owe for the next service date.

We refund automatically. You might want to check your state laws. Here in
Washington state if we owe money, we have to refund or notify the Dept of
Revenue that we owe and we aren't refunding.
