Does anyone have any idea on a new law that requires displayed pricing for retail transactions?

It's a state law - at least in Michigan.

So we have to display all pricing in the showroom. Also, we have to price it no lower then 15% below medicare allowable correct?

Pricing needs to be displayed, we came to an understanding with our accred
firm that for the small items (walker tips etc.) we could post a sign
instructing the customer to ask customer service for further pricing
information. For pricing I've heard 15-18% as the range.

Why would you have to price below Medicare allowable. This means you have to
bill Medicare at the lower price. In my business, other than a few price
sensitive products, I priced above the Medicare allowable up to 20% higher.
