We have 2 locations. One location is boh a pharmacy and DME. Our pharmacy started billing for Part B flu shots. We were blown away to find out from NSC that this small change means we are AUTOMATICALLY made a participating provider - DME included. And because all locations have to have the same status, our other DME location is now a participating provider. Don't make this mistake! It's not worth it.

This response is probably too little too late, but we had the same thing happen last November and I fought this tooth and nail! I had to take it to the President of Noridian, but I won and was changed back to Non-par retroactively!
