How are you completing your patient surveys, at delivery or do you mail them out at a later date

We've done both. We used to do a mass mailing quarterly. Now we have a CSR
send so many out each week.

We include them with our deliveries and give the customer the option of filling them out then or mailing them back at a more convenient time. Seems to work for us...

We have found that there is a much higher return on surveys if they are mailed, not left with delivery. They are especially more effective if they are mailed within one week og providing the service. Joe Groden

We have our CSR call within 3-5 days of set up. This seems to work great you can get information not only on your technicians but you find out right away if they are using equipment (especially pap patients) you can troubleshoot problems in the beginning.

How do you get the surveys back, do you justs give them each a stamped envellop or do you buy a postage reply permit?

What percent of you patients return the survey?
