We are a mail order DME, and being such, AOB's from the patient can be a nightmare. Can you submit claims without an AOB for private insurance patients, Medicare Advantage patients, and/or any class of patients?

I would suggest sending the necessary paperwork with the initial order, stating that future orders will not be sent without the return of the completed paperwork. I would not submit claims without the completed AOB. But that's just me!
