Default Medical Necessity Verification
Can anyone tell me in what manual and where I can find the guidelines for verification of medical necessity on rental items? Thanks

Default Medical Necessity Verification
You want to check the LCD for each item. LCD's can be found on your local
Medicare website. For example, I'm in Region D so my LCD's are found on
Noridians website.
