payment for pulse ox studies

we provide the pulse oximeter to the pt, but use an idtf service to be in cms' compliance, do any idtfs out there actually provide the instrument and does anyone bill for studies with other carriers such as the blues or aetna or is the payment so poor that it's not worth billing?
