Good morning,
We are currently in the process of implementing Electronic Medical Records and was wondering if anyone knew which documents I would need to keep the original pen/ink. I have found something on the Medicare website stating I would need to keep the original ABN but I was wondering about the following documents.
- Medicare Capped Rental/Purchase Option Letter
- Customer Agreements - Our customer agreements contain (Notice of Privacy Notice, Assignment of Benefits, Release of Medical Information, Complaint Policy, Medicare Supplier Standards etc.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
