Default Original pen/ink documents

Good morning,

We are currently in the process of implementing Electronic Medical Records and was wondering if anyone knew which documents I would need to keep the original pen/ink. I have found something on the Medicare website stating I would need to keep the original ABN but I was wondering about the following documents.
  • Medicare Capped Rental/Purchase Option Letter
  • Customer Agreements - Our customer agreements contain (Notice of Privacy Notice, Assignment of Benefits, Release of Medical Information, Complaint Policy, Medicare Supplier Standards etc.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I thought I read somewhere in a manual that Medicare now accepted electronically filed forms as the original. I would appreciate some feedback also
