Employee Commission
I would like to start providing commission to my employees, all of whom are "inside sales". I want to do it as a team approach based off company profit that would reward everyone at a certain level and then more for those who do more. Looking for ideas that work for your company or if you get commission, what do you like or not like about the format? Thank you!
