Default Physician Letters
My brain has quit for the moment, and I'm hoping for some help. Can someone tell me when a physicians letter is acceptable for necessity documenation? Thanks

You can use this in additional to progress notes, but progress notes are what M/C will be looking for in an audit. I can help you with documentation if you would like, email me at KERRY@MEDIQUICKINC.COM
