We began selling stairlifts in our retail store.

I would like to share our bad experiences with Sterling Stairlifts which was recently purchased by Handicare.

After we purchased a demo unit for our store, we were told by the local sales rep that our installer wasn't qualified and they froze our account.

After selling the demo, we found it worked intermittantly because of the poor design for the batteries and the way power is transferred to the rails. We were able to troubleshoot it and get it to work, but I would not recommend this company or their products to anyone.
