Default Standers for children w/very low profit margin

This is the first time I have used this website. So I am hoping out there someone can give me information on how what they think. I have a patient that needs a stander and the one the PT has decided on is one that gives us only a 8% profit margin-this is a Medicaid patient. Dilemna, do we deny this child or lose money because of all the time we have already invested. And what is the profit margin that your company shoots for? And do you take into consideration that the child will need more equipment from you later because they are only 14? Please give me some feedback.
