Default Settle question

When a consumer is on oxygen - qualifies for a lifetime - enters a nursing home for 4 months - do they need requalifying O2 Sats or ABGs when they are discharged from the nursing home? Where can I find this in Medicare policy?

As long as the patient continued to use O2 while in the nursing home, it was simply a break in service for 4 months. (As opposed to a break in need). It wouldn't require any new test, forms, etc.
