Default Regulator Notice

Our warehouse manager received a notice from a company called responsive respiratory this morning regarding the FDA and regulators. And the fact that new cylinders exceed pressures of 3000 PSI that old regulators inlets do not exceed 2600 PSI MAX. Has anyone run into this yet?
